The site was originally established in 2017 and is owned by Gaming Realms plc – a London Stock Exchange listed company. This is the parent company behind the popular Millionaire Games casino and is directly linked to many other well-known and well-established online casino brands.

This site screams out that it will offer you an entertaining time – so does it? Well, there are plenty of games that can offer lots of fun. There’s a wide variety of games, with an impressive amount of game providers.

As such, it’s unlikely you’ll be bored, However, entertainment aside, in our in-depth review, we checked out all the other areas of the site, including the banking, the customer service and the usability of the desktop and mobile site. Most importantly, we will make sure that it is all above board, well regulated, safe and secure.

Overview of Our Experiences

This site is very typical for a Gaming Realms casino, and it very much trades of its links with popular television programmes. In terms of layout, it is very basic. The login can be found just above the banner that advertises its sign-up.

Registration for our TellyGames casino review was really quick and straightforward. When we looked at the games on offer, it was as we expected. Overall, there were in excess of 600 to play on. There was a choice of games from many of the best providers, including slot games, Slingo, Instant Win, table games and more. We had no issues finding, uploading and playing the games.

So, the games were decent – what about elsewhere on the site? Speed and functionality was good – no complaints there. The ease of finding games and other areas on the site was also good. When we looked at the customer service, we found it to be very good in terms of variety of contact methods, but the hours of opening were more limited than we would like.

In terms of banking, the methods available was limited, with no eWallet options. However, we found the withdrawals to be quick and stress free – with no fees or maximum limits, which we liked. Overall, we had a good experience on the site.

TellyGames Casino Check: Scam or Not?

TellyGames has not been around for that long, so we need to make sure that it is completely trustworthy and not a scam. Obviously, we can see straight away that this is owned by a very reputable company that has linked to big names in entertainment. If you look at the background of Gaming Realms, you will see that it is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

You will also note that it has links to other big branded casinos such as Millionaire Games, Health Games and Health Lottery. More than this, it has links with the biggest name in UK TV, including ITV, Deal or No Deal, X-Factor, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Britain’s Got Talent and even the UK’s huge summer hit, Love Island. That, in itself, should be reassurance enough.

However, should you need any more persuasion, you can see that it is licensed by two strict and highly regarded governing bodies. It has been certified safe by the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

As such, it is completely safe to play in the UK as you will be protected legally. To gain these licenses, the casino had to adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring the safety and security of its punters. However, the site is only licensed to play in the UK – outside of the country, you will lack this protection.

Finally, the casino offers games from the most trustworthy and well-established providers in the business. When looking through the games catalogue, you will find games from NetEnt, Microgaming and more. Any site that offers top brands such of these can be trusted. These are providers who make sure their names aren’t linked with any scam sites. Overall, it is pretty clear that there is no TellyGames scam.

Overview of the Offers from TellyGames

On the off, we were surprised with the lack of promotions on offer. However, looking aside from that, the games on offer on the site are very decent. You will find the most popular games available, from top providers in the industry.

You can also choose from slots and table games, as well as Instant Wins and even Slingo. There are also decent jackpot games available. Overall, the offers available from the site were okay – despite lacking promotions.

Online Casino

Looking in more depth at the casino, we enjoyed the quality and quantity of games. It didn’t have thousands of games, as some offer. However, there were in excess of 600 to choose from, which is plenty enough for the average player.

When we checked out the gaming providers, we were happy to see not only NetEnt and Microgaming, but also Blueprint Gaming, Yggdrasil, WMS and IGT. Looking more closely at the slot selection, we found there to be around 547 available, including the most popular games like Mars Attacks, Book of Oz and Rainbow Riches: Leprechaun’s Gold.

If you wanted to play on the special Television games, then there were plenty to choose from including Dancing on Ice, Love Island and Game of Thrones. Away from the casino games, we then checked out what table games were available. There were 28 in total, with 9 blackjack games, 6 roulette games as well as Wheely Wheely Big Win, baccarat, poker games, 3 Cards Hold’em, TXS Hold’em and more. Overall, it was pretty decent.

In terms of live casino offerings, the TellyGames casino was okay. It is powered by Evolution Gaming, and as such, offers the best games in the business. There were different live lobbies you could visit, including: roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Caribbean Stud Casino Hold’em, Three Card Poker and TXS Hold’em.

There were also other games outside the lobbies, including Grand Casino Roulette; Baccarat No Commission; Speed Roulette; Dream Catcher and Lightning Roulette. Overall, the quality of the live casino was very good.

An area where this online casino does differ to many others is the availability of Slingo games and Instant Win. Looking at Slingo offerings, there are 26 available, including Pay of the Dead, Slingo Extreme and Slingo Riches.

On top of this, there are 71 Instant win games to play, such as X Factor Multiplier, Fast Buck Lucky and Quick Fire Cash. One area that we did particularly like was the original games. These Slingo games could only be found on Gaming Realms sites and included Slingo Reel Extreme, Bar X XL and Frooti Booti.

In summary, the casino was very good. Despite the lack of proper jackpot games, the variety of games was impressive and there was enough to keep punters happy.

TellyGames Bonus: Check Out the Offer

When joining up with an online casino, one of the biggest appeals are the casino bonuses available. The biggest one available is generally the welcome bonus. However, when we went to check out the TellyGames bonus available for new customers, we were disappointed to see that there was a lackluster offering.

We then went to look at the promotion area of the site to see if there were any others promos available. Though this left us a bit disappointed as there are no other offers available. Having said that, as there is a promotions page on this site, we can assume that there are seasonal promotions that will be added from time to time.

Deposit Bonus: £50
Bonus Condition: 50x wagering requirement
Validity: valid for 14 days
Other promotions: VIP Pogramme

Having said that, there is a VIP programme available to the high rollers and loyal customers. There are two tiers available on the scheme – the VIP and Platinum VIP. What level depends on how much you wager weekly. If you play enough, you will automatically become a VIP.

However, you need to await a special invitation to become a Platinum VIP. As a VIP, you can expect the following perks: Bonus Cashback, priority withdrawals, exclusive VIP promotions and VIP support. As a Platinum VIP, there is even more on offer: Real Cashback, express withdrawals, exclusive VIP promotions, VIP support and account manager, VIP events, welcome bonus and birthday gifts. There will be terms attached to all offers, so check the VIP area on the site. It really pays to play on this casino.

Deposit and Payout at the Casino

The variety of banking methods available on the website was rather disappointing. Fortunately, the most common way of making casino payments is via card, as that’s the only method accepted. You can use Visa debit or credit cards, Maestro, MasterCards or bank transfers.

However, the eWallet option is not available, and if you’re looking for a PayPal casino for ease of use, then you’ll be disappointed. The minimum you can deposit in one go is £10, and it will be in your account instantly.

Deposit options: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bank Transfer
Minimum deposit: £10
Fees: None
Accepted currency: GBP
Payout options: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bank Transfer

When it comes to withdrawing, you will find the same methods available to you. After the initial pending time of 72 after withdrawal request, you should get your money within 3-5 days if withdrawing to card. However, should withdraw straight into your bank, expect it to be a couple of days longer, as it can take up to 72 hours. Like most casinos, there is a minimum withdrawal of £10.

However, we were pleased to see no maximum withdrawals. Having said that, the site states that larger withdrawals will be subject to additional checks and may take a little longer than others. We were also pleased to see no fees attached. All in all, the withdrawals were pretty good.

Security and Regulation

As stated earlier in the review, the TellyGames casino is regulated and licensed by both the UK Gambling Commission as well as the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. This means that all punters within the UK are playing on a site that has been regulated and thoroughly tested by two strict commissions.

As well as being regulated, the site also ensures the safety of the players personal and financial data on the site. All transactions and correspondences are protected by the strictest SSL encryptions, meaning you and your data is protected.

On top of this, in compliance with its licensing, your funds will be held in a separate bank account, so they are safe from any financial issue the casino may have.

The site also claims that its games’ RNG and RTPs are regularly audited by a public body. As such, the games have all been confirmed as fair by a third party. However, the identity of the third party auditor couldn’t be established, as it does not state to be eCOGRA certified.

Having said that, the company has assigned IBAS as a third party dispute resolution. This means that should you have any complaints, it will be looked into by an impartial third party.

Finally, the site has a Responsible Gambling area that allows you to control your playing if you feel it is getting out of control. Here you can instigate a cool down period, set time or deposit limits and even self-exclude. You can also contact third party Responsible Gambling help centres including GamStop, GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and BeGambleAware.

Customer Support

When we looked at the customer support, we were pretty impressed overall. You are able to get in touch with the agents via telephone, live chat, email or even post, whether you are registered or not. To find the service, scroll to the bottom of the page, where it says Contact Us. However, there is always a Live Chat tab on the screen, which is good.

For immediate assistance, you can use the phone number given, which is charged at around 7p per minute, or use live chat, which is the cheaper option. Whatever way you choose should see you get immediate and very good assistance.

If you have more time to spare, then you can contact them via email. If you contact in this way, you should expect an answer within the day – and sometimes in just a few hours depending on time. The postal address will take substantially longer.

Overall, we found the support to be of a very high quality. Our only gripe was that it wasn’t 24 hours. It is currently available between 9am – 11pm, 7 days a week. Although this isn’t too bad, we prefer 24-hour assistance.

Another issue we found on the site was the lack of an FAQ section. Generally, we find these very helpful for issues such as account or registration problems – or for questions on banking or promotions. Unfortunately, without this being available, you will have to contact the agents for general queries.

Usability of the Online Casino

Overall, we had no issues with the site in terms of usability. The site looked pretty good and was laid out in a clear and simple way. It was also quick and easy to both login and register. Starting the journey was simple. We also liked the way the game thumbnails were sorted out on the home page: TV Games, Originals, Slots, Instant Win, Live Casino and Casino.

You could also use the side menu to access these groups, as well as Promotions and VIP. Furthermore, there was a search bar, which was helpful. However, there were in excess of 547 slot games, and no way to sort these, except A-Z. Often casinos sort them by popularity, new, jackpots etc. – but that was not the case here. That made it tricky to effectively browse the slots.

Games aside, we found the help really easy to access on the home page. We also found the site to be quick and responsive. Despite the lack of FAQs and sorting of slots, overall it was a very user friendly website.

TellyGames App: Many Different Slots

With the rise in popularity of mobile casinos, most new casinos offer top apps and mobile products. When checking out the mobile site, we found it to be very good. The games are sorted out in the same way as on the desktop, and the menu can be found at the top of the screen instead of the left – allowing you access all areas.

We found it simple and easy to manage our account, deposit, withdraw and contact the agents. In fact, it offered an almost identical service to the desktop. It also offered most of the games – including casino, live casino, slingo and Instant Win.

As there is not actually a TellyGames app for download, you only have the option of opening via browser. However, this makes it all the more accessible for people with smart phones. It is well formatted, quick and smooth, offering a great mobile experience.

Conclusion: Perfect Online Casino with its Own Software

Having checked out all areas of the site, we were pretty impressed with the site. It didn’t have the overall quantity of games as some of the bigger ones, but the variety of options and providers was good. We also liked the abundance of Slingo and Instant Win games -especially the originals.

The live casino was also very good – with top games from Evolution Gaming. However, more jackpots would be nice. Games aside, the customer service was fantastic, aside from the lack of 24-hour service, the agents were very professionals.

Also, despite the minimal number of banking methods, the withdrawals were good, with no maximum limit or fees. We were disappointed with the lack of promos though.

As far as reputable online casinos go, not only was it a good user experience on desktop and mobile, but it also was safe, secure and not a scam site. Through our in-depth TellyGames review we can comfortably rate this casino 4,0 out of 5,0.
