The agents were available from Monday – Friday 12.00 – 22.00 and Saturday – Sunday 09.00 – 17.00. This was not the best, and we would like to see these hours expanding in the future. The live chat was answered immediately, in minutes, and the emails we found were generally answered in under an hour, which was very impressive. Overall, the service was very limited but pretty quick and very helpful.

As well as this, there was an FAQ section that could be found under the support tab. Here you could find out about more general topics such as account problems, self-exclusion, registration, security, banking issues, and technical queries. It was a pretty in-depth offering.

Usability of the Online Casino

The usability of the site was not its strongest point, as it all looked a little messy and haphazard. However, it does allow you to see all the games that are on offer.
