Can you imagine if Amazon or Paypal or someone else adopted that policy if you as a customer were inactive for a while and the outcry it would cause? Now to the scandalous bit. A withdrawal can take up to 12 days (!) to be processed and the evidence is that Big Rock Slots make the KYC check as arduous as possible to the extent that some customers might just give up on withdrawing at all and just carry on playing their money until they have lost the lot.
