Overview of Our Experiences

You cannot miss the fact that this is an Asian site, as when first opening up TLCBet, the text was in Asian. However, we were offered the choice to go into the UK Site. Once in The UK site, the home page was attractive but simple. We had the choice of Sports, Casino, Log in, or joining up with the welcome bonus. The red, black and white graphics were classy but effective and safe.

The overall simplicity of the sports site was great, with the main focus on live betting and other options in the side bar. The casino was a little slow to load but offered hundreds of games and was easy to search once loaded.

The variety of sports and games our TLCBet review found to be rather impressive. We found that there were options for pretty much any bettor, and it was as good for European gamblers as it was for Asian. There was a focus very much on UK and European sports. You could bet on main European football leagues, such as Premier League and Bundesliga, but you could also bet on the Albania Super League. We also found the site very easy to register with. All we had to do was enter our personal details, then our log-in details and we were then ready to deposit, get our bonus and play.

However, it wasn’t just the products we checked out. The help we found impressive, as it was very easily accessible and quick. The banking was simple and speedy, although not as much variety as we would like to see. The overall usability of the site and desktop site was good. Sometimes a little slow, but overall very good.

Sometimes, when gambling sites come over from different continents, there might be a lack of trust. However, we have looked at all areas of the site to make sure that it is fully trustworthy for its European bettors. Firstly, the UK brand is held by a British company. Also, the Gaming platform is European. As well as this, it is regulated and licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and the UK Gambling Commission, so it is legal and safe to play within many European countries.

As well as this, there are many big name gaming providers that are linked with the site. Including Microgaming and NextGen. These are both trustworthy and highly respected iGaming companies.

In addition to this, we can see that it is official partners with Southampton FC, which is a big name in the UK Premier League, so this is yet another sign that it is a trustworthy site.

Furthermore, when we looked at Ask Gamblers, real reviews from real people, it had an overall score of 7/10, which is pretty good. Any site that was a con would not have such a score. Taking all these areas into consideration, it’s safe to say that it is not a TLCBet scam.

Overall, we were relatively impressed with the offers available at TLCBet casino. Firstly, the sportsbook included all of the main sports we would like to find, as well as less predictable sports, and offered global markets. Looking more closely at the football markets, it’s very impressive.

The site offers odds on over 190 domestic leagues across the globe. In fact, the English football starts at the Premier League and goes all the way down to the Ryman Premier. It’s not just England though, there are odds on Polish youth games, the Ugandan Premier League and even the Icelandic First Division.

There are also, on average, over 100 different bet types available in the top leagues. Furthermore, the odds for the top leagues in English football are very competitive – with the total book percentages ending up being about 104%. However, the lesser the league, the more conservative the odds.

Looking at horse racing, the odds are around average compared to other bookmakers. You can bet on the win market as well as the straight forecast / reverse forecast markets. Looking overseas, the NHL US ice hockey games are very well priced, with average percentages of 103% – 104%. There are also lots of markets to bet on here – with over 100 available on top games.

Looking at the live betting platform, there are lots of games on offer. However, the platform is very basic. Plenty of markets are available, but not much in the way of stats or live streaming, so we’d like to see some improvement here.

All in all, it was very impressive, but we’d love to see more with the in-play products. Live streaming would be great, but even more information would improve the experience.

Online Casino

When opening up the online casino at TLCBet casino, we were a little surprised about the time it took to open up properly. There were also a couple of formatting issues. However, that aside, the number of games on offer was good. There were products from providers such as Microgaming, MultiSlot and Red Tiger – all great providers.

There were just short of 200 slots available to play, including top games such as Bust the Bank and rampage Riches. There were also great branded games like Game of Thrones and Battlestar Galactica. You can also pick some millionaire making progressive jackpot games like Mega Moolah and Treasure Nile.

If you want to try out some table games, then there are a few to choose from. There are sixteen available in total, including six roulette variations, five blackjack games, four baccarat tables and Mahjong Exchange.

There are a further five video poker games including Aces and Eight and Aces and Faces. Unfortunately, for lovers of live dealer casinos, you’ll be left wanting here, as there isn’t one available.

TLCBet Bonus: Check Out the Offer

Players looking for a TLCBet bonus will be satisfied when registering. When you sign up, simply make your deposit and claim your bonus. In order to qualify, you must make your deposit then stake six qualifying bets.

When you sign up, you must tick the box that says ‘Opt me in to receive special offers, price boosts, promotions and entry into exclusives’. If you don’t tick this box, you won’t get your bonus.

You cannot make your initial deposit with eWallet, and once you make your sixth qualifying bet, you need to contact customer support to request your bonus token, which you’ll get within 24 hours.

For your bets to qualify for the bonus, they must be a minimum of €10 and a maximum of £30. Your bonus token will be the equivalent of the lowest of your six stakes. Horse racing bets do not qualify and the bonus token, once received, is valid for 5 days.

There are plenty more terms attached, so read carefully. We found it to be a lot of work to get the bonus and we weren’t overly impressed with the hoops to jump through to qualify, unlike other casino bonuses

Other sportsbook bonuses available on the site are a 10% bonus token of your stake if your match ends in a draw; there’s also acca protection – where you receive a bonus token if one team lets you down. Again, these come with specific terms and condition.

Unfortunately, if you want to look for a casino bonus, then you won’t find it at TLCBet casino as there are currently none available, even on sign up. To be honest, the terms attached would probably be prohibitive even if there was one. We were not overly impressed with the offers. There were some that looked okay, but terms and conditions put us off.

Deposit and Payout at the Betting Site

When first looking at the banking methods available to use, we were rather disappointed, to say the least. Not only is this not a PayPal betting site, but there are other common methods missing. In fact, your only options are bank card – Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro, as well as bank transfer, Neteller and Skrill.

There were no prepaid card options available and no mobile payments as an option. Furthermore, should you wish to claim your bonus, you can’t use the eWallet options. However, looking past that, all deposits were instant (apart from bank transfer) and all transactions were safe and secure with no fees attached. The minimum deposits vary dependent on method. For cards it’s just €5, but for eWallets it’s €20, However, the maximum deposit for all is €5,000

The same options are available for withdrawal as for deposits, and with cards they take between 3-5 days and for eWallets it can take less than 24-hours, after the KYC verification checks.

With all methods of banking, there is a minimum withdrawal of €10 and a maximum of €5,000 across the board, which will be processed after receipt of requested documentation.

Again, there are now fees attached by the site, although there may be fees from your banking method. It’s not bad banking, simple and reasonably quick, but not as varied as we’d like.

As well as this, the TLCBet site has nominated IBAS to be its third party dispute agency. This is important as it means that any complaint will be looked at by an independent third party to make sure it is handled in the correct way.

Another third party that regulates the site is eCOGRA, who routinely test the casino games to ensure they are standard and fair. The Random Number Generators are regularly tested and the games’ RTPs are true. This means that the site is deemed fair and honest by a trusted and respected iGaming company.

One of the boasts the site makes is about top customer support, but is it true? Well, our first thumbs up is that it is a 24-hour customer service, which we love to see in a sports betting site. There are also a few ways to contact, including live chat and email, as well as by post. The Live Chat is very quick and answered in minutes, whereas emails can take up to a day, and post longer. The agents were all well-trained and helpful. We would, however, quite like to see a phone number as a means of contact, as sometimes customers like to talk to agents.

Usability of the Online Betting Site

The site looks attractive, and overall it’s pretty user friendly. Log-In and registration was simple, but you must remember to tick the promotions box if you want to claim your welcome bonus. We also found depositing very straightforward.

Then, once you are in, finding and making a bet is simple. You can either look at the live and upcoming page on the sports home page or look at the most popular markets or all sports in the left hand side menu.

We also found it easy to locate the help at the side of the page as well as the promotions along the top. All other areas of the site were listed at the bottom. All in all, it’s very satisfactory. It’s not the best we’ve seen, but it does what it needs.

TLCBet App: Many Different Games

Unlike many mobile casinos, there are no online casino apps for this site, which was a little disappointing as they are always a great option for mobile betting. However, having said that, TLCBet has optimised the site for mobile and it is compatible on a range of devices when opening in the browser. When you open it up, you then have the option to go to sports or casino.

Once in the sportsbook, you can hop between sports using the horizontal scrolling menu bar. You can choose from the live and upcoming events as well as betting highlights in the middle of the page.

Conclusion: Perfect Online Betting Site with its Own Software

In our TLCBet Review, we found TLCBet casino to be a pretty decent betting site, all-in-all. The sports on offer were great and the markets and odds were competitive with the best around. However, an improved live betting service would be even better. For those who like online casinos, it was good, with top games on offer, although we would like to see a live casino.

The promotions were okay, but restrictions were too tough. We thought banking was quick and smooth, but would have liked more variety. The customer Service was decent, 24-hour but lacked a phone number. However, it was fully safe, licensed and regulated, making it no scam. Overall we’d give it a satisfactory 3.5 out of 5.
