The name, Omnia Casino, means the perfect casino. Quite a claim! It was first established in 2017 and is owned by MT Secure Trade Limited Casinos. Obviously, the idea behind the new casino was to create the perfect place for gamblers to play. The site has a calm soothing colour scheme and is laid out simply and effectively. In this Omnia Casino review, we looked at every area of the site, from the casino games available; the variety of providers and the availability of live dealer games.

We’ll also be checking out the customer service and banking, as well as the usability of the desktop and mobile site. Here at Scams.Info, as in all our casino reviews, we will be looking to see if you will get the perfect experience, or whether it’s just a perfect scam.

Overview of Our Experiences

We found the site to look very attractive, with salmon pink, yellow and white theme. We were interested to see that the home page was purely about log-in and registration. To actually see any games, you needed to click on the menu. That was unusual, but it does encourage a user to register as it is the obvious next step. It was, overall, easy on the eye and very simple to look around.

We then checked out the games on the site, and there were in excess of 500 available, with many being slots. This is a pretty standard number, and not as many as some casinos out there. However, the variety was good. There were almost 500 slots to play, alongside table games, video poker and a live casino. So, in essence, it offered what we were looking for in terms of choice.

So, games aside, we looked at other areas. The navigation was simple, with everything being located on the sidebar. The games were also split into lots of categories, which made it easy to look round. The banking was good – lots of variety of methods and pretty quick. Withdrawing was simple too, and was faster than many we have looked at.

Then we looked at the customer service, which was great, especially as it was available 24 hours, which we like. However, there wasn’t a phone number available, which we prefer to see. The mobile offering was also very usable, which was another plus. Overall, our experience at the site was very good… but not quite perfect.

Omnia Casino Check: Scam or Not?

Although this casino is relatively new, it is owned by MT SecureTrade Limited, which has a lot of experience in owning and running online casinos. Therefore, it would be unlikely that this casino would be a scam, as it has many sister sites that are already well-established.

As well as this, the site is licensed and regulated by the MGA – Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission and Swedish Gambling Authority. This ensures that the site complies with tough regulations and that you are legally protected in countries covered by the licenses.

However, there are many countries that are not protected with the license. So, if you do access the site from a restricted country, be aware that you will not be protected legally. Restricted countries include, but are not limited to: Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Turkey, the USA and more. So, check your country before playing.

As well as this, the site offers games from the most trusted providers in the industry, including NetEnt, Microgaming and Evolution Gaming – considered to be some of the best and most respected providers available. As we can see, this is licensed, is linked with top names in the industry and as such is not an Omnia Casino scam site.

Summary of the Offers from Omnia Casino

Overall, this casino offers a great experience. It has hundreds of different games available with almost 500 slot games. There are also some of the best jackpot games around, should you be looking for a life-changing win. As well as that, there were both table games and a live casino powered by Evolution gaming – as well as decent offers and promotions.

Online Casino

The site provides a variety of games, whether you prefer slot games or table games… or even a bit of live casino. There are games from over 30 different providers, from the biggest names – such as NetEnt, NextGen, Play’n Go, Microgaming and IGT, to the lesser knows like Cayetano, Genii, Gamomat and Side City.

Therefore, you can play on some of the most well-loved slots including Star Burst and Twin Spin. There are also lots of new titles, such as Ark of Mystery and Battle Mania. You can also play on great branded games like Guns‘n Roses, Jumanji and Game of Thrones. If you like jackpots, then there are 15 available, including the record breakers Mega Fortune, Mega Moolah and Mega Moolah Isis, as well as Arabian Nights and Divine Fortune.

There are a further 19 table games on offer. These include 7 blackjack tables, 6 roulette tables, 3 baccarat tables, as well as Casino Hold’em, Poker 3 Heads Up Hold’em and more. When looking at the Live Casino, we were a little disappointed as there were only two tables available: Blackjack First Person and Roulette First Person. These are both high-quality games, by Evolution Gaming, but we would have liked to see more of a variety.

However, there were also 10 video poker games available to play, including Power Poker: Joker Poker, Double Bonus Poker, All Aces Poker and more.

All in all, there was a lot of promise in the casino. We loved the variety of slot games, and even the tables games and video poker was pretty good. We were a little disappointed with the live casino, though. Hopefully, in time this area of the site will improve.

Omnia Casino Bonus: Check Out the Offer

When looking at the Omnia Casino bonus on joining the site, it was decent. It wasn’t as big as other casino bonuses we’ve seen, but it was decent, and the terms were good in comparison to others. On sign up, you will be eligible to receive 100 free spins on Book of Dead and have the chance to win €100,000 cash. To claim this, you need to register, deposit a minimum of €20 and the free spins are yours.

In order to be in with a chance of winning the €100,000 cash, you have to collect 3 stamps in the first 7 days on your Omnia Loyalty Card. To collect stamps, you need to collect 1 Omnia coin a day. You earn Omnia coins by playing on any Omnia game – and the amount you need to wager is displayed on each game image. Collect 3 coins in 7 days and you can win up to €100,000. If you don’t win the big prize, then you will be guaranteed to win: 100 Omnia coins, 1000 Omnia coins or 10,000 Omnia coins – but only if you get the 3 stamps.

Deposit Bonus: 100 Free Spins
Bonus Condition: 10-times wagering
Validity: 7 days
Other promotions: Win up to £100,000

As you would imagine, there are terms attached to the bonus. If resident in the UK, you cannot deposit via Neteller or Skrill. The minimum deposit is €20. As well as this, there is a reasonably good 10-times wagering requirement attached to winnings from the spins. However, the spins expire within 7 days and any winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement hasn’t been fulfilled. Also, game weightings apply, so check the site.

Regarding the Loyalty Card, be aware of the following conditions: To collect one stamp you need one Omnia coin, and you can collect one stamp per day. Your loyalty card will expire 7 days after registration. You need to collect 3 stamps within 7 days to reveal a prize. There are further conditions attached, so check the site. Currently, there are no other promotions on the site, but there are often different promotions, so be sure to check what’s on offer directly on the site.

Deposit and Payout at the Casino

When you make your deposits on the site, you have a variety of methods with which to do so. You can use credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. You can also use eWallets Neteller and Skrill, as well as Wire Transfer, Paysafecard and iDeal.

Unfortunately, at this time, it isn’t a PayPal casino. Do be aware that you cannot use Neteller or Skrill to claim your welcome bonus. All deposits are free from fees, and there is a minimum deposit of €10 (although to claim your welcome bonus it is €20) and all deposits are instant.

Deposit options: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Neteller, Paysafecard, Fast Wire, iDeal
Minimum deposit: £10
Fees: None
Accepted currency: GBP, EUR, SEK
Payout options: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Neteller, Paysafecard, Fast Wire, iDeal

Withdrawals are generally very good. You can withdraw with the same methods with which you can deposit. The time of your withdrawals depends on the method used. There is a pending period of 72 hours, which is standard. Should you withdraw via eWallet, it takes under 24 hours; via credit and debit card takes between 3-5 days. There is a minimum withdrawal of €10 and no maximum is specified, although this may be at the discretion of the casino. Overall, we found the banking to be pretty decent.

Security and Regulation

As stated before, Omnia Casino is both licensed and regulated by three separate governing bodies: The Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission and the Swedish Gambling Authority. All three of these ensure the toughest regulations for many countries around the world and are all highly respected licenses.

As well as this, players can rest assured that their data is being looked after. The site employs the best 128-bit SSL encryption as well as firewall, to protect all data and correspondence from malicious third parties. Also, the RTPs and Random Number Generators are publicly audited, to make sure that the games are completely fair and transparent.

As well as this, it has appointed IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) as a third party dispute resolution service. Therefore, should you find any reason to complain, it will be dealt with by a third party in a fair manner.

Finally, the site is linked with Responsible Gambling websites including GamStop, GA and GambleAware. It also allows you to control your gambling with Reality Checks, deposit limits, time out periods and self-exclusion. As such, we can see that it is secure and regulated, and offers a safe place for players to gamble.

Customer Support

The customer support was available in a couple of ways. Firstly, you could access the agents via live chat, which could be found in the side menu. Simply click on the Live Chat link, fill in your details and you should get immediate assistance.

Obviously this is better for more immediate needs. As well as that, if you scroll to the bottom and click on Contact Us, you will be taken straight to the email service. This should be replied to in under 24 hours. Unfortunately, there were no phone options. However, the service was available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, which is ideal. Also, we found the quality of service to be good, with well trained and helpful agents answering our queries.

Oddly enough, we were unable to find an FAQ section on the site, which was unusual. You could probably look at different areas on the site, such as About Us, Terms and Conditions and Blog to find out more. However, generally we like an FAQ section, so were a little surprised to see that there was no one available.

Usability of the Online Casino

Overall, we found the casino really easy to use and attractive to look at. The registration and login were there in front of you on opening and as such encouraging registration. Scroll further down and you will see the variety of games available. On opening the sidebar, you then have access to the Welcome Bonus, £100,000 cash info, Store, Games, Live Casino and Live Chat.

When opening the games there were a number of ways to browse. You could sort them by New Games, Live Casino, Most Popular, Free Spins Collection, Slots, Jackpots, Classic Slots, Table Games, Roulette, Live Casino, Video Poker as well as sorting them by the provider. There was also a search function at the top, which was helpful.

The Live Chat was easy to find in the sidebar, so that was good. However, if you wanted to send an email, you had to scroll to the bottom of the site, where is said Contact Us. All other areas could be located here, such as T&Cs, Responsible Gambling, About Us, Blog and more. However, the omission of FAQs was noticeable and disappointing. Overall, we found the site attractive and very user-friendly.

Omnia Casino App: Many Different Slots

There is an Omnia Casino app available to download on both Android and iOS. You can find it in the Google Play store as well as the App Store. It is very easy to get, simply search the store, download and it’s totally free.

It also doesn’t take up too much storage, which is a bonus, as it happens in our experience already with other casinos on their mobile version. However, if you don’t want to download the app, you can always open it in your mobile browser, which offers an equally good experience.

The mobile site is designed in the same manner as the desktop site, with the home page guiding you towards the registration, and the side menu offering the same options as desktop. Interestingly enough, there are different games available on mobile than desktop.

When you go to live casino, there is the addition of Dream Catcher, which is not available on the desktop site. However, there are less table and jackpot games available. Having said that, the choice of mobile is still great. It was also very quick, streamlined and easy to navigate. As far as mobile casino experiences go, this was very good.

Conclusion: Perfect Online Casino with its Own Software

In conclusion to our Omnia Casino review, we found that this casino offers a very good overall experience. In terms of online casinos, there was a decent selection of games, and the number of providers was faultless. We also thought the variety of games was decent, although more live games would be good. The banking was great, quick and varied, and withdrawals were very smooth. The customer service was good, with 24-hour availability, although we would have liked a phone number.

Furthermore, the mobile app and desktop site were both attractive and easy to use. It was also well regulated, licensed, secure and trustworthy – no Omnia Casino scam. It may not be perfect, but it’s very good and worth 4,0 out of 5,0.
