Unfortunately, this is where their problems start. The days of giving the top bonuses may be over for some but operators should realise they have to throw players some sort of bone when it welcomes to a welcome bonus. They do throw a bone but it is not exactly a juicy one.

With the Ole777 bonus, you can get up to 30GBP back but boy, do you have to work for it. You would need to wager 300GBP with 10 bets averaging 30GBP to get that amount. Wager 100GBP spread across 10 bets of 10GBP each and all you get is 10GBP. We’re sorry but that’s really not much of a reward.

We understand that running a betting company is hard work and you can’t be giving money away but this is after all the gambling business and you have to risk some money to get the punters on board. Ole777 clearly aren’t prepared to do that.

Deposit and Payout at Ole777

A few more problems. You can deposit and withdraw using MasterCard, Visa (including different versions of each of these), Skrill and Neteller. It’s nice to see that they’ve added E-Wallets to their offering because they’re very popular these days but four payment providers (for both deposits and withdrawals) aren’t many when you consider others have close to 20.

Players should note that they have to use the same method to withdraw as they did to deposit and they can withdraw up to 5,000 GBP/Euros/USD per day. Minimum deposit is 10 GBP/Euros/USD and whereas deposits are instant, withdrawals take 3-5 working days.

Now the bit we really don’t like. For some reason they’ve decided that the most you can win in a day is 50,0000 GBP/Euros/USD and the max withdraw is 5,000 GBP with no specifications regarding the period over which that applies.

Now, most of us don’t often win more than that but what if you happen to win a Progressive Jackpot? Or any other really big slot win? You do not get to keep all of the money. That cannot be right. It’s even more silly because when a Progressive Jackpot is won, it’s the software provider who pays it out, not the operator.

Customer Support offers two ways of getting in touch. You can do so by e-mail and you can do so via Live Chat. They also offer a separate e-mail address that’s just there for you to send in the documents you need to show in order to prove that you are who you say you are and live where you say you do before making your first withdrawal.

You can use the so-called ‘snail mail’ if you wish. It’s a shame that they don’t offer a phone service as well but then again there are plenty of other betting companies who aren’t offering that, either. On average they take just over 3 hours to reply by e-mail.
