Therefore, can this site do what it says – and make you a millionaire? It certainly offers up a plethora of games that pay out big bucks. In our Millionaire Games review, we will be looking at all the areas of the site. We will not only see what games and providers are on offer.

Furthermore, we will check out the banking as well as customer service. Most importantly, we will make sure it is fully regulated and compliant. You will find out everything you need to know here at scams.info so you will not need to phone a friend.

Overview of Our Experiences

Opening the site, you can see its clear link with the television programme as the TV banner is on the welcome bonus banner. The site looks simple and quite basic, with a very blue theme running throughout.

You can find the Register and Login up in the top right corner, and we found it quick and easy to register our account. When scrolling down further, we could see a variety of different game categories. When we checked out the games catalogue, we noted that there were around 600 on offer, which was decent.

There was a variety offer, including slots, slingo, jackpots and more from the best suppliers. The games loaded quickly and smoothly, so our casino playing experience at Millionaire Games was good.

The site looked good and was well branded; it was reasonably quick to load and super easy to navigate. Great, but what about other areas? Well, the methods of depositing were pretty limited in comparison to other casinos.

However, the withdrawals were reasonably quick and had no maximum limits, which we liked. Also, there plenty of ways to contact customer service. However, it was not 24-hour, which is a shame. It was a good service though. In general, our experience on the site was pretty good.

Millionaire Games casino Check: Scam or Not?

As a new casino on the scene, it is important to ensure that Millionaire Games is not a scam, as it has not yet had time to establish a reputation – good or bad. The casino is directly associated to the popular TV show, Who Wants to be a Millionaire. This is a well-respected programme and wouldn’t be linked with a scam casino.

Furthermore, it is owned by Gaming Realms, who are linked with some of the biggest names in TV – including Britain’s Got Talent, Love Island, and ITV. As well as this, they work with huge names in iGaming, including 888casino and BetVictor.

In addition, the site is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission as well as the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. However, you can only play and register on the site if you are based in the UK. It is currently not available in any other countries.

On top of this, the site is linked to some of the very best iGaming software providers offering games from NetEnt, Microgaming, IGT and more. Therefore, we can see that this is a fully trusted casino. With top licenses and links with the biggest names in entertainment, this is clearly not a Millionaire Games scam.

Summary of the Offers from Millionaire Games casino

We were very happy with the quality and quantity of games on offer – as Millionaire Games casino offers the best slots and table from the best suppliers. There is also a really good variety, with plenty of Slingo options, as well as Instant win, table and slots, which is a bit different. There are also some good promotions as well as a VIP club.

Online Casino

When looking at the total number of games, it was at the higher end of average. In total, there are around 600, split into different genres, at Millionaire Games online casino. There are games from top suppliers, including NetEnt, Blueprint Gaming, IGT, Microgaming, WMS and Yggdrasil.

There are, in total, 565 slots. You can pick from top games including Vlad’s Castle, Champions of Rome and Immortal Romance. If you want to try out some branded slots, then you can play such as Wheel of Fortune, Jimi Hendrix, Bridesmaids and Game of Thrones.

As this is a Millionaire Games site, you would expect to see jackpots, and you will not be disappointed. There are six jackpot in total, including Magic Mine, Apollo, Winstar and Ozwin’s Jackpots. We were a little disappointed that there were not the big progressive record-breaking games like Mega Fortune and Mega Moolah.

Moving over to the casino table, there are 28 in total on offer. Here you can find 6 roulette tables, including 3 Wheel Roulette, Triple Bonus Spin Roulette and Slingo Shuffle Roulette. Then there are 9 blackjack games, including Hi-Lo Blackjack Suit’em Up Blackjack and Blackjack X-Change.

You can also play on various poker games, such as Double Double Bonus Poker alongside baccarat, Jacks or Better, 3 Cards Hold’em, Bonus Deuces Wild, Ten Play, TXS Hold’em and more.

If you prefer table games at online live casinos, then you have a choice available here, with games from providers including Evolution Gaming. There are lobbies for Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, Casino Hold’em, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

You can also play on other games including Lightning Roulette, Dream Catcher, Speed Roulette, No Commission Baccarat and Grand Casino Roulette. Overall, it is a pretty good offering.

If you want to try something a little different, then there are Slingo games – a hybrid of slots and bingo. There are 25 Slingo on offer, including originals such as Slingo Riches, Deal or No Deal Slingo and Slingo Rainbow Riches. There are also an impressive 72 Instant Win games, such as crossword Cash, X Factor Multiplier, Britain’s Got Talent Bonus and Wheel of Fortune, where you can win up to £150,000.

All in all, we found the online casino to be good, the quantity was decent, but it was the variety of games that we liked the most – especially the original. However, we would like to see a few more jackpots, especially given the name of the site…

Millionaire Games Bonus: Check Out the Offer

In comparison to thebest casino welcome offers available, the Millionaire Games bonus on joining is pretty standard. It currently offers a 100% bonus up to £50 on your first deposit of £10 or more. In order to claim the offer, simply register for an account, make your first deposit of £10 or more and get your 100% deposit. However, if you deposit more than £50, the bonus will be capped at £50.

The bonus is decent and very easy to get, however, there are terms and conditions attached that should check out before claiming it.

Deposit Bonus: 100% up to £50
Bonus Condition: 50-times wagering requirement
Validity: 7 days
Other Promotions: 2nd deposit bonus

Firstly, you need to be aware that the bonus offer is only valid for 30 days from when you add your card. Also, the bonus money is subject to 50-times wagering requirements before you can withdraw any of your winnings. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within 7 days, the bonus will expire.

Also, general site Terms and Conditions apply, so check the site carefully, so you know what you need to do to claim your bonus and winnings.

As well as the first deposit bonus, there is also a second deposit bonus. The offer is another 100% bonus up to £50 plus £5 worth of free games on Slingo Fortunes. This offer is only valid if you make your 2nd deposit within 7 days of your first deposit – with a minimum of £10.

Again, the maximum available, no matter how large your deposit, is £50. Your £5 of free games comes as 5 bonus spins on Slingo Fortunes. Furthermore, the games and bonus must be used within 7 days – or the bonus, spins and any winnings will be forfeited.

Furthermore, winnings from spins will be credited as bonus money – that comes with a 30-times wagering requirement. The maximum you can win from spins and bonus is capped at £500. Check the site for any other terms and conditions.

As well as this, there is a VIP club with two levels – VIP and VIP Platinum. As a VIP, you can claim bonus or real cashback, priority withdrawals, exclusive promotions, VIP support and more. This is great for the big time players.

Deposit and Payout at the Casino

If you are looking for a casino to play with your eWallets then you will be disappointed. Currently, Millionaire Games isn’t a PayPal casino, and it also doesn’t accept Neteller or Skrill. The only methods available for you to deposit with are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or bank transfers.

This is pretty limited, although bank cards are the most common form of casino payments, so most people will be catered for. There is a minimum deposit of £10 and all deposits made are instant.

Deposit options: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
Minimum deposit: £10
Fees: None
Accepted currency: GBP
Payout options: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro

Withdrawals are available with the same methods – bank cards and bank transfers. After the pending time, which can take up to 72 hours, the deposits take between 3-5 days by card. However, if you withdraw via bank transfer, it can take a little longer. This is pretty standard. When it comes to limitations, they are pretty good. There is a minimum withdrawal of £10, and no maximum withdrawal.

However, the website states “certain withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures which may result in a short delay before funds are released.” Furthermore, all withdrawals are free, unless you try to withdraw under £10 – which has a fee of £1. Overall, we found the banking to be limited, but good.

Security and Regulation

Firstly, the Millionaire Games casino is licensed by two big names in iGaming – the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Therefore, this is completely legal and regulated to play in the UK.

As well as this, the website protects all of your details and your financial transactions with SSL encryptions, and claims that your funds are 100% safe and secure from outside parties. Furthermore, to comply with regulations, your funds are held in a segregated bank account, to protect players from insolvency.

One thing we did notice, was that the site claimed that all of the games RNGs and the RTP was externally audited by a third party, however, it didn’t specify by whom – it isn’t certified by eCOGRA. So, although we know that it is audited externally, we can’t check out certifications or say by whom.

However, it has employed IBAS – Independent Betting Adjudication Service to serve as a third party dispute resolution service. As such, your complaints will be dealt with fairly.

Furthermore, the site is linked to Gamblers Anonymous and GamCare, so you can have third party help if you are experiencing problems with your gambling. Also, the site allows you to set deposit limits, use cool down periods, set reality checks or self-exclude. Overall, the site is secure, safe and regulated.

Customer Support

The customer service at Millionaire Games was pretty good. You can contact them in a variety of methods, whether or not you are registered or logged in. To access all methods, go to the bottom of the site and click on Contact Us.

You then have the choice to contact the agents via live chat or phone for immediate assistance. You can also send an email or you could send them a letter via post. We were pleased to see that the icon for live chat was always visible on the bottom right of your screen, so was easily accessible.

Unfortunately, the customer service was not a 24-hour service, but it was available from 9am – 11pm, 7 days a week. Also, the phone number wasn’t a free phone number – and could cost up to 7p per minute. The live chat and phone should be answered within minutes.

They also claim the emails will be answered in under 24 hours and obviously, the mail is much longer. Overall, the quality of service we experienced from the agents was very good, no matter how we contacted them

Unfortunately, we could not find or access an FAQ section, which was a little disappointing. Most online casinos have an area to assist you with general queries. However, it did not seem to be the case here, so you would have to go directly to the agents to help with any questions you have.

Usability of the Online Casino

In general, we found the usability of the site to be very good. The site looked very much as we’d expect from the Who Wants to be a Millionaire branding. On the home page, it was really quick and easy to register and log in.

Below the welcome banner bonus, you have access to thumbnails of games in different categories: Featured, Originals, Slots, Live Casino, Instant Win, Jackpots and Casino. Then, if you open up the menu to the left, you also have access to these areas. However, you have the added option of searching the games. You can also access the VIP, Responsible Gaming and Promotions in this area.

Finding all the games and different areas of the site was very easy. It was also quick and smooth – and well formatted. Furthermore, we liked the accessibility of the live chat at the bottom corner of our screen. However, we were disappointed with lack of FAQ section. All in all, we found the site to be very usable, offering a top user experience.

Millionaire Games App: Many Different Slots

Compared to other mobile casinos, the Millionaire Games offering is pretty good. When you open the site on your browser you can access all the promotions and all very easy. The games are sorted into the same genres as on the desktop site, but the main menu is at the top of the site.

Open this and you can access all other areas of the site. We were very pleased with the usability of the site, in terms of banking, registration and customer service. Furthermore, it was quick and smooth and offered a good service.

Unfortunately, there was not a phone casino app available for download, but the formatted browser mobile casino was good and usable for most smartphone users.

Conclusion: Perfect Online Casino with its Own Software

All in all, in our Millionaire Games review we found that this casino experience to be a good one. Although we didn’t feel it was a site that is for people that actually want to be Millionaires, it was good for players wanting fun. There are plenty of top games from good providers, but more jackpots would be nice.

It also had great Slingo and Instant Win games, as well as decent table and live dealer games. The banking was limited, but the withdrawals were good. We also found the customer service to be impressive – apart from lack of 24-hour care. The site was also easy to use on both desktop and mobile.

However, most importantly, every online casino needs to be safe, secure and regulated – and this was. It was a great experience, worthy of 4,0 out of 5,0.
