With all of the banking options available, there is a minimum deposit of £10.

There are generally no maximum deposits stated unless you are depositing via bank transfer – which has a limit of £5,000 – or PayPal, which has a maximum of £10,000. All deposits are immediate, apart from bank transfer, so you can get playing straight away. The cash out options are alos good enough, though. With regards to MansionBet’s withdrawal policy, the cashier will process your request within 2 working days – and then you will get your withdrawals in accordance with your banking method – for eWallets this is generally under 24 hours and for bank cards it can be between 3-5 days.

You also need to be aware of the verification process for withdrawals. The company states that the cashier will process withdrawals within 48 hours, but this is after the verification process has taken place. So be sure you check what documents are needed to speed up the process. Also, as with most betting sites, you can only withdraw via the method you deposited with. Furthermore, check that your winnings aren’t attached to bonuses, as there will be wagering requirements with these.

One area that is difficult to criticize with this betting site is the MansionBet customer service. There are many ways to contact the agents should you need and it is, indeed, a pretty impressive service.

This is answered within minutes so is great if you have an urgent query; however, the service is for registered customers only. Another way to contact the agents quickly is via the telephone service. You will speak to someone quickly and this is open to all. Furthermore, there are two numbers available – one for inside the UK and one for outside the UK. Both live chat and phone lines are manned between 9am – 1am. This is our only criticism as we prefer 24h service.

Another, less urgent way to contact the agents is via email at support@mansionbet.com . Generally, your queries will be answered in under one day, but usually much quicker – within hours, depending on the time of day. You can also contact them via Twitter @mansionbet. However you get in touch, we found the agents to be helpful, professional and polite.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate the FAQ section of the site, so if there is one, then it isn’t easily accessible, which is another minor criticism. However, should you scroll to the bottom of the page there are sections named ‘Security and Privacy’, ‘Deposit Options’, ‘Withdrawal Policy’ and ‘Betting Rules’ alongside the Terms and Conditions, so these areas may well answer any questions.

Usability of the Online Betting Site

The MansionBet user experience is overall, very good. Aesthetically it looks like a smart and sophisticated site that appeals to the elite. Furthermore, the layout is very clear and doesn’t look at all overcrowded. The main menu can be found along the top and you can choose the area of the site you wish to access: Sports, In Play, Casino, Games, Live Casino, Virtual Sports and Promotions. To the right, you can log in or register.

When you do enter the sports section, there’s a further menu underneath where you have more options to choose from: Today’s Events, Results, Leaderboard, Cash Out, Price Boost, YourBet, Add2Bet, ActionBet, PulseBetting and MansionBet App. Then next to the menu, you can choose what format of odds you prefer and your specific time zone.

When you move to the left of the screen there is another menu with all the available sports and markets with drop down lists of markets. Should you need the help, then there is a search function. At the bottom, there is a sitemap, and also where you can access Terms and Conditions and other more informative areas of the site.

The site is also laid out well, with games sorted into Top Games, New Games, Table and Cards, Live Casino and Video slots, as well as a search function.

The only criticism we have is that the Contact Us tab is at the very bottom, so not immediately obvious. However, all in all, it’s an attractive site and is simple to use and navigate. It’s not overly fussy and has a handy search function. It’s quick, easy and plays well.

MansionBet App: Many Different Games

For a newly established betting site, it has made sure it has a very competitive mobile app that can be downloaded easily. Simply search for the app in the store, hit install and it’s on your phone. You then have action to the best MansionBet features, such as ActionBet and PulseBetting on the move. On mobile you can also take up the welcome bonus if you join using the app. If you want access on certain phones, such as Windows or Blackberry, you will have to play direct via your browser, although this is equally as good and your experience will be just as impressive.

The MansionBet mobile experience is just as good as the desktop experience – in fact, ActionBet and PulseBetting works even better on devices than desktop. The mobile site is just as easy to use as the desktop, it has decent scroll menus, finding and making bets is easy and the banking is no problem at all. All in all, in terms of sportsbooks and mobile casino sites, it’s a great way to bet on the move.

Conclusion: Perfect Online Betting Site with its Own Software

All in all, although it’s one of the newest sites around, it stands up very well against its competition. The sports available and markets on offer are as good as, and even better than some of the other more established sites. It also has decent odds and prices. We also love the addition of ActionBet and PulseBetting for in play betting. As well as this, the additional products, are great, and it’s comparable to any of the best online casinos in the UK.

There are a few areas for improvement though. Live streaming would be a great addition, as would an easy to locate FAQ section – and 24h customer service. Also, more payment options would be good. Having said that, its bonuses are good, mobile is good and it offers a great user experience. It’s safe, secure, well regulated and is no MansionBet scam and is worthy of a very creditable 4.0 out of 5.
